Guide to San Francisco

We love San Francisco and realize in our excitement for other destinations we sometimes forget to highlight our favorite city! There are a million different things to do, but here are a few of our favorites…

A great walking neighborhood. Grab a coffee at Mario’s Bohemian Café then walk through Washington Square Park, to Coit Tower then maybe a stroll through the Financial District.

San Francisco’s Chinatown is the oldest Chinatown in North America.  Make sure to visit Tin How (Tien Hau) Temple -the oldest Taoist/Buddhist temple in the United States. The temple is dedicated to the sea goddess Mazu.  Grab a bag of fortune cookies at the Golden Gate Fortune Cookie Factory.

A great neighborhood to explore shops, restaurants and coffee houses. Make sure not to miss iconic La Taqueria for the best burritos in the city.

Lands End is a beautiful 2 mile hiking trail right in Golden Gate Park. Start at SeaCliff and come out at Ocean Beach. You can take a break at the Cliff House or continue on to funky neighborhood Judah St. in outer Sunset.
